Signing of a cooperation Agreement between the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus and the Ural State Law University named after V.F. Yakovlev
On June 30, 2022 a cooperation Agreement was signed between the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus, represented by Rector Vyacheslav Viktorovich Danilovich on the one hand, and the Ural State Law University named after V.F. Yakovlev, represented by Rector Vladimir Alexandrovich Bublik, on the other hand.
Vladimir Aleksandrovich Bublik, Rector of the Ural State Law University named after V.F. Yakovlev, Dmitry Vladimirovich Gribanov, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Digital Transformation, and Alexander Nikolayevich Mitin, Head of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines, delivered a welcoming speech.
Also, the Ural State Law University named after V.F. Yakovlev was represented by: Head of the Department of Russian, Foreign Languages and Speech Culture Natalia Anatolyevna Yushkova, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law Yulia Borisovna Noskova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Civil Law Yulia Nikolaevna Vaseva, Associate Professor of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines Vladimir Dmitrievich Semenov, Head of the Department of Scientific Research Fedor Viktorovich Fetyukov, Head of the International Cooperation Department Kozubenko Yuri Vyacheslavovich.
The event was moderated by the International Cooperation Department of the Ural State Law University named after V.F. Yakovlev.
The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus was represented by: Rector Danilovich Vyacheslav Viktorovich, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Shvayko Valentina Georgievna, Director of the Institute of Managerial Personnel Rudovich Nikolay Ivanovich, Head of the Department of Legal Support of Economic Activity of the Institute of Managerial Personnel Shimkovich Marina Nikolaevna, Head of the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Institute of Managerial Personnel Apanasevich Sergey Valerievich, Head of the Department of Foreign Language Communication of the Institute management personnel Borovik Natalia Sergeevna, Head of the Department of International Cooperation and Educational Programs Prannik Tatiana Alexandrovna, Assistant to the rector Khanevskaya Olga Anatolyevna.
Within the framework of this Agreement, cooperation between universities will be carried out in the field of education, scientific and innovative activities, as well as methodological and scientific training of teaching staff of both sides.
The Agreement provides for several forms of cooperation between universities, among them:
– development and implementation of joint educational programs;
– development and exchange of teaching materials and modern teaching technologies;
– joint development of distance learning technologies;
– joint publication of educational and scientific literature;
– mutual review of dissertations, final qualifying works, textbooks, articles;
– organization of visits of directors, representatives of the teaching staff and other employees in
order to exchange work experience;
– implementation of joint scientific research;
– joint development and implementation of innovative projects;
– joint holding of scientific, scientific and practical conferences, symposiums, congresses, seminars
and other scientific events;
– joint participation in international scientific and educational projects;
– exchange of plans and results of research work;
– exchange of scientific articles for publication in subordinate editions;
– facilitating the establishment and development of direct partnerships between departments,
scientists and specialists.
Together with the Agreement, a Program for the implementation of the Cooperation Agreement between the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus and the Ural State Law University named after V.F. Yakovlev for 2022/2023 was adopted.
The Agreement comes into force from the date of its signing and is valid for 5 years with automatic prolongation for the next five-year period.
