Representatives of the Academy of Justice under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan in USLU
On November 02 and 07, were held two lectures of the International School of Criminal Procedure.
The lectures were conducted by the Director of the Scientific and Educational Center of Criminal Law Disciplines of the Academy of Justice under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Law, Professor Ruslan Muratkhanovich Abdrashev.
The lecture was attended by honorary guests from the Academy of Justice under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan: Vice-Rector of the Academy Musin Kanat Kalkamanovich, as well as coordinators of additional education programs Mukhametkali Gulnara and Abisheva Sania Serikovna.
In the first lecture on the topic «Criminal procedure of the Republic of Kazakhstan and CIS countries: comparative legal analysis» Ruslan Muratkhanovich touched upon the content of the concept of «pre-investigation check» in science and legislation. The second lecture on the topic «New norms and institutions of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan: the results of testing in judicial and investigative practice» was devoted to the types of procedural agreements, the procedural status of the investigator and covert investigative actions.
The moderator of the event was Yuri Vyacheslavovich Kozubenko, Doctor of Law, Head of the International Cooperation Department of USLU named after V.F. Yakovlev.
