The International Exhibition and Fair «Russian-Belarusian education. Tajikistan – 2024»

On October 4 and 5, the National Library of Tajikistan hosted the exhibition and fair «Russian-Belarusian Education. Tajikistan – 2024». On the first day, about 1500 students and their parents visited the exhibition. Applicants had a unique opportunity to get acquainted with leading Russian and Belarusian universities, including the Ural State Law University named after V.F. Yakovlev.

The guests of honor of the exhibition were Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Marat Shakirzyanovich Khusnullin and Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of Russia Konstantin Ilyich Mogilevsky, who drew attention to the high demand of Russian education in the Republic of Tajikistan.

Our university was presented by the Head of the International Cooperation Department Kozubenko Yuri Vyacheslavovich.

In addition, on the basis of the Russian-Tajik (Slavonic) University and the Tajik National University, were held career guidance meetings with students of the 4th year of the bachelor’s degree of the Russian-Tajik (Slavonic) University in order to enroll in the master’s program «Civil Law» and with students of the 4th year of the bachelor’s degree of the Tajik National University in order to enroll in the master’s program «International Law». The implementation of these educational programs is planned jointly with these partner universities of the Consortium «Euro-Asian Law University» in 2025.

Also during the visit to Dushanbe, in the Tajik National University held a meeting with the Dean of the Faculty of Law Mirzozoda Parvon Zainalobudin. The meeting was attended by: Head of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law Azizzoda Ubaidullo Abdullo, Head of the Department of Transport Law and the Right to use Natural Resources Sharifzoda Fazliddin Sharif, Academician of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan Makhmudov Makhkam Azamovich. All participants were invited to the XVIII session of the Euro-Asian Law Congress, which will be held on June 6, 2025.

In the period from October 7, 2024 to January 15, 2025, foreign applicants can apply for a quota from the Government of the Russian Federation for the education of foreign citizens in Russia for the 2025/26 academic year.
