Lecturers of USLU at the International School of Criminal Procedure

On April 20, took place a regular lecture of the International School of Criminal Procedure, within the framework of which the educational program «Criminal Procedure of Russia and CIS countries» was launched at USLU named after V.F. Yakovlev.

The International School of Criminal Procedure is a unique project that allows scientists from Russia, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan to conduct lectures and seminars on topical issues of criminal procedure law.

The lecture on the topic «Topical issues of criminal proceedings in the court of first instance under the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation» was conducted by Doctor of Juridical Science, Head of the Department of Judicial Activity and Criminal Procedure of USLU named after V.F. Yakovlev, professor Vladimir Mairovich Bozrov.

In his speech, the lecturer touched upon the topic of electronic and digital justice, as well as the use of artificial intelligence in the court session of the court of first instance.

Graduate students of the Department of Judicial Activity and Criminal Procedure of USLU, students of Eurasian National University named after L. N. Gumilyov (Kazakhstan), Kyrgyz National University named after Zhusup Balasagyn (Kyrgyzstan), Karakalpak State University named after Berdakh and Tashkent State Law University (Uzbekistan) joined the work of the International School of Criminal Procedure.
