Another brilliant lecture
On November 23, took place the next lecture of the International School of Criminal Procedure.
The International School of Criminal Procedure allows procedural scientists, practitioners, students, undergraduates and postgraduates of law universities and faculties of Russia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Belarus and Kyrgyzstan to discuss topical issues of criminal procedure law.
The lecture on the topic «Intersectoral legal constructions on the example of the subject of regulation of criminal procedure law and pardon» was conducted by the Head of the International Cooperation Department of USLU named after V.F. Yakovlev, holder of habilitation degree in law (higher doctorate) Yuri Vyacheslavovich Kozubenko.
In his speech, Yuri Vyacheslavovich revealed the structure of the subject of regulation of criminal procedure law, proposed options for implementing the mechanism of criminal law regulation and solving the problem of the object of crime.
The lecturer paid special attention to the pardon procedure and the problems of its implementation. The audience was particularly interested in examples from judicial practice.
In total, more than 30 listeners from different countries joined the lecture.
