Basketball

Head: Novoselova Marina Sergeevna - Senior Lecturer of the Department of Physical Education and Sports, Master of Sports of the USSR.

Students learn basketball skills, game rules, and refereeing. They are the organizers and judges and take part in various competitions.

 

Volleyball

Heads: Rogozin Vladimir Ivanovich - Honored Worker of Physical Culture of the Russian Federation; Balalaeva Marina Vladimirovna - Senior Lecturer of the Department of Physical Education and Sports.

Students learn the technique and tactics of the game, participate in various USLU competitions.

 

Football, mini-football

Heads: Sidorov Sergey Gennadievich - graduate of the Volgograd Institute of Physical Culture, coach instructor in physical culture, Balalaeva Marina Vladimirovna - senior lecturer at the Department of Physical Education and Sports.

Students with football and mini-football skills, increasing their sportsmanship, are engaged in the section. Trainings are held in the sports hall, at the stadium and in the game hall of the «Ural» Sports complex. The girls of Ural State Law University are also mastering the most popular game in the world under the guidance of a coach.

 

Badminton

Head: Rosenfeld Henrietta Vasilyevna – Excellence in Physical Education of the Russian Federation, Balalaeva Marina Vladimirovna - Senior Lecturer of the Department of Physical Education and Sports.

Everyone who wants to master this wonderful sport is engaged in the section. Badminton is a quick thought, the ability to find witty and unexpected tactical solutions in a split second. Badminton is about dexterous movements, lightning-fast reaction, steadfastness in defense and perseverance in attack. Badminton is a tonic, tension-relieving tool that significantly improves endurance. The point of the game is to make the opponent move as much as possible to the court. To do this, you need to have impeccable accuracy of blows. Accuracy is one of the hallmarks of a badminton player's skill. Badminton is a sport that harmoniously combines pleasure, health, and beauty.

 

Climbing

Head: Luft Maria Sergeevna - Candidate Master of Sports in climbing, Specialist in Physical culture and Sports.

Climbing is the ability to control your body, it is overcoming the fear of heights and the ability to control your emotions. It is the harmonious development of all muscle groups, it is the ability to overcome natural obstacles, as well as the opportunity to communicate with the most beautiful corners of nature untouched by the technical process!

 

Adaptive gymnastics

Head: Ryabkova Ninel Ivanovna - Senior Lecturer of the Department of Physical Education and Sports, Ural State Law University.

Adaptive physical culture classes are aimed at activating, maintaining or restoring physical strength spent during study or work, at preventing fatigue and improving health, increasing the level of vitality through pleasure or with pleasure.

 

Jogging

Head: Chernikova Galina Stepanovna - Associate Professor of the Department of Physical Education and Sports of Ural State Law University, Excellence in Physical Culture of the Russian Federation.

Trainings are held in the fresh air for everyone who likes to run. Students compete in various competitions both within and outside the University.

 

Hockey

Head Andreev Sergey Alekseevich - Associate Professor of the Department of Physical Education and Sports of USLU.

The section was organized at the initiative of students - activists, "fans" of amateur hockey in 2009. The main goal of our section is the creation of the USLU hockey club. The university pays the rent of the Ice Arena, provides the opportunity not only to train, but also to play for the USLU team at the championship of Ekaterinburg and the Universiade in the region, as well as in the Open Cups of USURT and RSVPU.

 

Darts

Head Rogozin Vladimir Ivanovich - Honored Worker of Physical Culture of the Russian Federation.
