USLU in Uzbekistan

On March 15, in Tashkent hosted a meeting of the Heads of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy with Head of the International Cooperation Department at the USLU named after V.F. Yakovlev Yuri Vyacheslavovich Kozubenko and Associate Professor of the Department of International Law at the USLU named after V.F. Yakovlev, Igor Vadimovich Fedorov.

The meeting was attended by:

► Head of the Center for International Legal Studies and Comparative Public Law Isa Akhlimanovich Khamedov;
► Dean of the Faculty of Law Yakubhodzhaev Umid Anvarhodzhaevich;
► Head of the Department of International Law and Public Law Disciplines Yusuvalieva Rakhima Yusupovna;
► Head of the International Cooperation Department Yuldashev Umid Rustamovich.

During the meeting, were discussed issues of launching a joint master’s degree program «International Protection of Human Rights», as well as issues of participation of students and teachers of the two universities in academic exchanges and joint scientific events.

Igor Vadimovich gave a lecture on international law to students of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy and told them about the Ural School of International Law and the Master’s degree program «International Protection of Human Rights».

Representatives of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy were invited to the XVII session of the Euro-Asian Law Congress, and students were invited to the summer student events (Summer University and Summer School on Human Rights) held by our university.
