Another lecture at the International School of Criminal Procedure

On April 13, an another lecture of the International School of Criminal Procedure took place, within the framework of which the educational program «Criminal Procedure of Russia and CIS countries» was launched at USLU.

The International School of Criminal Procedure is a unique project that allows scientists from Russia, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan to conduct lectures and seminars on topical issues of criminal procedure law.

The lecture on the topic «The system of principles of criminal justice on the example of the Republic of Kazakhstan» was conducted by Professor of the Department of Special Legal Disciplines of the Institute of Postgraduate Education of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies at the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Candidate of Juridical Sciences Vitaly Vyacheslavovich Khan.

Today, graduate students of the Department of Judicial Activity and Criminal Procedure of USLU, students of Eurasian National University named after L. N. Gumilyov (Kazakhstan), Kyrgyz National University named after Zhusup Balasagyn (Kyrgyzstan) and Tashkent State Law University (Uzbekistan) joined the work of the International School of Criminal Procedure.
