Dear friends!
There is a very little left before the New Year.
For each of us it is a special, warm and family holiday, the precious time of high hopes and believes that everything we are dreaming of will come true, and good changes are waiting for us ahead.
These changes will be created with our labor and intelligence, with our open hearts and good faith.
The outgoing 2022 was unique in its own way. However, despite all the difficulties and sometimes hard challenges, we became stronger and started to cherish usual human joys.
Our professors’ and researchers’, graduate students’ and engineers’ daily conscientious work steadily leads our country to achievement of technological independency.
Contrary to the challenges, our universities and academic institutes, research groups are developing and resolving issues. In the 2022 we managed to launch four large federal projects. One of them is dedicated to popularization of science, which is especially significant during the first year of the Decade of science and technology.
The second federal project is aimed to development of engineering education and involvement of students and lecturers in solving real engineer tasks.
The third project is called “The Platform of university technological entrepreneurship”. Due to this project, there was launched a network of startup studios, where the groups of supporters create new products and design strategies of its market promotion.
Finally, another one, the forth project is aimed to development of national scientific civil instrument construction.
Now we are saying goodbye to the 2022. And the character of the 2023 depends on all of us.
It is significant not to slow down the pace, to involve students from schools and universities in researches and developments, to set new incentives for achievements in science.
Dear friends! New Year is traditionally the time of summing up and setting new plans.
I sincerely believe that the results from the outgoing year will become the foundation for further dynamic moving forward.
It is important to believe in yourself, not to give in to difficulties, to support each other and strive to be the best.
I wish happiness and prosperity to your families. I wish you to be healthy, to get inspiration, and to have great success and brilliant victories.
