Quotas for free education at USLU
Annually, the Government of the Russian Federation allocates quotas for foreign citizens for free education in Russian universities.
Foreign applicants have a unique opportunity to get a high-quality education at one of the best universities in the country – Ural State Law University named after V.F. Yakovlev.
To do this, it is necessary to:
1. register on the website: https://education-in-russia.com/
2. in the “Educational program” section, select:
• form of study: full-time;
• level of education: bachelor’s degree, specialty, master’s degree, or postgraduate degree;
• field of study: “Law” (in case of choosing specialty – “Legal support of national security”
or “Judicial and prosecutorial activity”);
3. in the “List of Universities” section, choose and specify “Ural State Law University named after V.F. Yakovlev”
in the first place;
4. if you need to be trained in the Russian language at the preparatory department, in the section “Language
proficiency”, tick “The need to study at the preparatory department (faculty)”;
5. Write to the staff of the International Cooperation Department of the USLU named after V.F. Yakovlev your
surname, first name, patronymic, contact phone number and the country to which the application for a quota has been
submitted to the Rossotrudnichestvo Representative Office to compile a letter of recommendation.
Write to the staff of the International Cooperation Department of the USLU named after V.F. Yakovlev to +79226016982 (WhatsApp/Telegram) or write to the following e-mail: ums@usla.ru (in the subject of the letter, specify “Letter of recommendation to receive a quota”).
To get a quota for training, registration on the site must be completed in January 2023.
