Humanitarian aid from the Institute of Justice to Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics

More than 100 kilograms of humanitarian aid were collected by the Institute of Justice for the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics. The action was carried out as part of the assistance provided by the Ural State Law University named after V.F. Yakovlev to the territories liberated during the special operation.

The current collection was conducted by the volunteer humanitarian aid collection center of the Institute of Justice. Volunteers brought and collected long-term storage products, clothes, bandages, hygiene products.

The chairman of the Student Council of the Institute of Justice Timur Ilyasov says that everyone participated in the gathering – students, teachers and staff. On the part of the dean's office, the process was organized by the vice-dean Daria Grigoryevna Samarina, from the student community – by the student council. The Department of Labor Law, the Dean's Office of the Institute of Justice, the Criminalistics Laboratory, the Department of Social Welfare, and the scientific library participated particularly actively in the action. Kristina Djallati, a graduate of this year's bachelor's degree, distinguished herself among the students, who handed over a lot of new men's, women's and children's clothes. Most of all, the volunteers brought food – canned food, cereals, pasta, and hygiene products. Part of the humanitarian aid was provided by the Foundation of the graduates of the University. The collection lasted from March 4 to July 18, after which humanitarian aid was sent to Donbass.

This is the second tranche of humanitarian aid from our University - the first batch of basic necessities from the USLU named after V.F. Yakovlev, intended for residents of the DPR and LPR, was handed over for dispatch on May 18 (the organizers of the action were the Head of the Volunteer Center of USLU V. A. Shashko, Head of the registry of the university V.I. Starovoitov and Executive Director of the Graduates’ Foundation of USLU V. L. Poryvaev). Then the boxes with humanitarian aid set off from the building on Komsomolskaya, and in July – from the educational building on Kolmogorova.
