The expert work of the scientists of the Department of Civil Law of the Ural State Law University was highlighted by a letter of gratitude from the Presidential Council for codification and improvement of civil legislation
On October 15, 2020, at a meeting of the presidential Council for the codification and improvement of civil legislation, draft federal laws on large-scale amendments to the Family Code of the Russian Federation, on amendments to a number of legislative acts on the "renovation" of built-up territories, as well as conclusions on these draft laws, prepared by the Department of Civil Law of USLU were considered.
Members of the Council expressed their gratitude to the specialists of the Department of Civil Law of USLU for the work done, appreciated the high degree of elaboration of the draft law material and the level of expert work.
It is proposed to send the conclusions of Uslu scientists and expert opinions of the Council to the authors of draft laws and to the relevant committees of the State Duma for consideration in the work.
Chairman of the Council Pavel Krasheninnikov expressed hope for continued cooperation with Uslu in the field of expertise of legislative initiatives.
