The USLU graduate was appointed to the position of Deputy Head of Directorate of the Prosecutor General's Office of Russia in the Ural Federal District

Dmitry Yuryevich Serebrennikov graduated from the Ural State Law Academy in 1997. Immediately after getting a diploma of higher legal education, he began his career in the structure of the Prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation.

From 1997 to 2002 Dmitry Yuryevich served in the Prosecutor's office of the Sverdlovsk region, successively filling the following positions: investigator, senior investigator of the Prosecutor's office of the Verkh-Isetsky district of Ekaterinburg; senior investigator, prosecutor-criminalist of the Prosecutor's office of Ekaterinburg, Deputy Prosecutor of the Chkalovsky district of Ekaterinburg.

Since 2002 he had served in the Prosecutor General's office of the Russian Federation.

By order of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation on October 29, 2020, he was appointed to the position of Deputy Head of Directorate of the Prosecutor General's office of the Russian Federation – Head of the Department for Supervision of Operational Investigative and Procedural Activities.

He was awarded the badge "Honorary Worker of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation", the distinction "For loyalty to the law" II and III degrees, the Yaguzhinsky medal.
