- Vladimir Vladimirovich Yarkov - Doctor of Law, Head of the Department of Civil Procedure of the Ural State Law University, Professor.
- Svetlana Konstantinovna Zagainova - Doctor of Law, Professor of the Department of Civil Procedure, Director of the Mediation Center of the Ural State Law University.
- Ivan Yakovlevich Kozachenko - Doctor of Law, Head of the Department of Criminal Law of the Ural State Law University, Professor.
- Alexey Dmitrievich Proshlyakov - Doctor of Law, Head of the Department of Criminal Procedure of the Ural State Law University, Professor.
- Sergey Dmitrievich Khazanov - Candidate of Juridical Sciences, Head of the Department of Administrative Law of the Ural State Law University, Associate Professor.
- Maksim Vladimirovich Goncharov - Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Constitutional Law of the Ural State Law University.
- Sergey Anatolyevich Kurochkin - Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of State and Law Theory of the Ural State Law University.
