Russian Students’ Day for International Students of the Ural State Law University

On January 25, the Day of Russian Students, foreign students of the Ural State Law University visited a museum named after an outstanding scientist, a graduate of the Sverdlovsk Institute of Law, one of the authors of the Constitution and the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the founder of the Ural School of Law Theory, Doctor of Law, Professor Sergei Sergeevich Alekseev. The excursion was attended by the students of our University originally coming from Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Senegal, Uzbekistan, Equatorial Guinea.

The excursion to the Museum of Sergey Alekseev “Ascent to Law” was conducted by Darina Sergeevna Vladimirova, a teacher of the Department of Theory of State and Law of the Ural State Law University, a specialist of the Institute of Private Law, an employee of the Museum. She told future lawyers about the life and work of Sergei Sergeevich, his scientific achievements, which became the basis of the modern Russian law.

At the end of the excursion, the students received memorable souvenirs that will remind them of the years spent within the walls of the Ural State Law University. These are the souvenirs that will also remind the students that any graduate of the Ural State Law University can become a great lawyer.

Batnasan Dulguun, the Chairperson of the Association of Foreign Students of USLU, warmly thanked Rector Vladimir Alexandrovich Bublik and Vice-Rector for Research Lyudmila Nikolaevna Berg on behalf of all foreign students for organizing this event on the Russian Students’ Day.
