On competition of a scientific degree of the Doctor in Law of France

On December, 14, at the Ural State Law University named after V.F. Yakovlev was held Pavel Denisovich Konstantinov’s, assistant of the Department of Civil Law, protection of dissertation research on competition of a scientific degree of the Doctor in Law of France on the topic “The Influence of Digitalization’s Development on the General Principles of Civil Procedure in Russia and France”.

The dissertation research is accomplished within the program of double postgraduate studies, jointly held by Ural State Law University named after V.F. Yakovlev and Paris Nanterre University (France). From 2019 to 2022 Pavel Denisovich studied on this program, spending the half of this program in France, learning doctrinal terms, European legislation, and participating in scientific and educational events.

The associate professors and professors from Paris Nanterre University (France), USLU named after V.F. Yakovlev, Moscow State University, Higher School of Economics, Saratov State Academy of Law, Omsk State University named after F.M. Dostoevsky, Bashkir State University were invited to be the jury. By the unanimous decision of jury, Pavel Denisovich Konstantinov was awarded the degree of the Doctor in Law of France.
