ACADEMIC EXCHANGE PROGRAM IN ACTION

On November, 24, at the Caspian University (Republic of Kazakhstan), was held a meeting between the Head of the International Cooperation Department of the Ural State Law University named after V.F. Yakovlev Kozubenko Yuri Vyacheslavovich and exchange students studying in Kazakhstan, Rinat Ashirbakiev (Institute of Prosecutor’s Office) and Sergey Fedorin (Institute of Justice).

Rinat and Sergey are taking part in the academic exchange program between USLU and the Caspian University. For more than a month, the guys have been studying the peculiarities of the legal regulation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Labor Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Criminal Procedure and Civil Procedure Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Intellectual Property Law and other foreign disciplines).

The students shared their impressions of the foreign university and said that they live in a fully equipped campus, and study in modern academic buildings. The educational program of the Caspian University is quite intense and most of the subjects are practice-oriented. At the seminars, the students study in small groups of 5 people, which make their training almost individual. All practical classes of students are held in full–time mode, and lectures are held online.
