The building contains:
- 2 Roman lecture auditoriums;
- 13 classrooms for seminars;
- 18 educational classrooms;

- 1 assembly hall.
In the educational building, a courtroom is equipped, and a forensic polygon is located in 2 rooms. 9 classrooms, the Academic Council hall and the Assembly hall are equipped with multimedia equipment. Rooms are allocated for the library (subscription of educational literature, subscription of scientific literature), electronic reading room. There is a museum in the passage built between educational buildings. There is a buffet in the building to provide meals for students and employees.

Educational Building Information:
Educational building № 2 is the largest in our University. Five floors of this building are located on the area of 9199.5 m2. The educational building is equipped with new elevators.
The building contains:
- 5 lecture auditoriums, 4 of which are Roman;
- 26 classrooms for training and seminars;
- 3 computer classes;
- 1 lingafon cabinet;
- 10 classrooms equipped with multimedia equipment;
- 1 free access room with Internet access.
The building has a forensic training polygon, a courtroom, a museum, a library (subscription №2), a reading room, an electronic reading room, a library of valuable books and a canteen №1, that ready to offer a wide range of different dishes.

In the reference and bibliographic department, you can work with dissertations and abstracts. Also in the educational building there is a scientific library of USLU (reading room №3 and journal fund №1), 2 gyms (male and female), a canteen with a main and diet room that provides a wide choice of different dishes.
The University has three comfortable dormitories, located in close proximity to learning campus.

The dormitory building is within walking distance from the main educational building. 2-and 4-bed rooms (equipped with beds, wardrobe, bookshelves, tables, chairs, bedside tables). Upon check-in, each student is given bed linens (if necessary). There are hygiene rooms on each floor (divided into men's and women's rooms). Kitchen facilities are equipped with electric stoves. Shower rooms are located on the 1st floor of the building and are divided into men's and women's rooms with 8-9 cabins each. On the 2nd floor there is a laundry equipped with automatic washing machines. The dormitory also has a buffet with a variety of first courses and meat dishes, side dishes, salads, drinks, flour products, a health center, a self-preparation room, a storage room for things in the summer period. Dormitory building is equipped with fire alarm and evacuation control system.

2, 3, 4-bed rooms are equipped for students. On each floor there are kitchens equipped with electric stoves with ovens and sinks. Showers are partly equipped in blocks and there is a shared shower in the basement. A laundry room for washing personal belongings is equipped with automatic washing machines and is located on the 1st floor. Every day, except weekends, from 12.00 to 19.00, a buffet with an assortment of first and second courses and snacks is open for residents.
In the building of dormitory № 3 there is a library, the prosecutor's office, a reading room, which is used for students' self-study. On the 1st floor there is a room for the work of the student council and the volunteer fire brigade. For sports, there is a gym, and tennis tables are installed on the floors.

On the first floor there is a medical center.
