International School of Criminal Procedure continues its work
On April 04, the second opening day of the International School of Criminal Procedure took place at Karakalpak State University named after Berdakh (Nukus, Republic of Karakalpakstan, Uzbekistan), within the framework of which operates the educational program «Criminal Procedure of Russia and CIS countries».
The welcoming speech was delivered by Professor of the Department of Special Legal Disciplines of the Institute of Postgraduate Education of Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies at the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan V.V. Khan and Director of the Institute of Justice of Ural State Law University named after V.F. Yakovlev N.V. Azaryonok.
The second lecture within the framework of the work of the International School of Criminal Procedure entitled «Types of final procedural decisions at the stage of judicial proceedings as a result of the amnesty act» was conducted by the head of the International Cooperation Department of USLU named after V.F. Yakovlev Y.V. Kozubenko.
